Sue - I love getting feedback, but am still learning how to ask for it (at least in a way I'm comfortable with). Thanks so much for the encouragement!!!

Thanks to all of you. This is great stuff!!! I'll work with Janet and others who may play (okay, right now it's just me and her) and we'll work up a protocol - including some instructions for the sound personnel.

Thanks for the feedback on the sound! I'll be sure to pass it on to Joe - got the same feedback from those who told me about the confession too. Great stuff!!!

I thought it was good but a little loud. Caleb was trying to tell me something and I could barely hear him. But I did love the sound of Salt n Light. Of course, we too sit up front! :)

Sue beat me to it. During the confession, the music is fine if it is played softly and just chords. Having said that, the band was really good this week. I thought the sound was good as well. Of course, I am up front.
Thanks for all you do.

Eric- I appreciate the way you model requesting feedback. I love it when people keep singing even when they're not "supposed to". This happened at KINDLE last week, too. Tells me they're into worship.
During the confession, I think playing chords, not melody line would be helpful. And quieter. When a melody line is played, I find myself singing the song in my head rather than focusing on the confession.
